1. No image may exceed 72 ppi (pixels per inch) definition.

2. No image may exceed 5" on its longest side:
IE: 360 pixels
(this refers to the copyrighted artwork itself - borders, backgrounds and embellishments may exceed this limit)

3. No image, composition or product may be sold or bartered or used for profit in any way. Donation buttons are not permitted on sites using G.I.L.D. Artists' images.

4. All images must have the Artists full name and copyright symbol plus your G.I.L.D. License number and watermark on it...all of which are clearly legible (this may be placed within 1 cm from the G.I.L.D. image in a border or blank canvas around your tag). You may not place a © mark with your name on the image as it is a derivative work. You can, however, put "tubed, tagged, sig by" in your watermark.
5. Main images may not be modified or cut apart (except tubing for personal, individual use only). This includes changing colors on the images. Borders, backgrounds, lettering, etc. may be changed to enhance the main image. Further, you may not add animated embellishments to the main image in the artist's work but you may animate backgrounds, borders, lettering, etc. So if you are adding sparkles, you can have sparkles on everything but the main image. You also may not add noise or glitter to the main images themselves, but to anything around them (for example, no "noisy" clothes, lips etc.) Partial images, such as tags that have the boxes or filmstrips, etc. are allowed as long as the main image is intact.
6. You may not blend any artist's work with the work of another artist. You may only add embellishments you have permission to use or that you make yourself.

7. All illegal use of Artist's/International Illustrator, llc images must be reported to

All tag makers must provide contact and "tagged by" information in order to receive credit for their tag creation(s) in any publication.
9. G.I.L.D. Friendly Groups are asked (but not required) to create a section/area (not a whole page) identifying G.I.L.D. Artists and linking to their sites (if permitted), featuring the International Illustrator/G.I.L.D./PSP logo.
10. You may only use the G.I.L.D. images in your licensing package. If you have been using G.I.L.D. Artists images for which you do not currently have a license for, those may not be used.

(Terms of use below are as of June 10, 2010 and are solely for reference purposes only in the use of AMI purchased items)

IMAGE AND TUBE TERMS OF USE

1. AMI Licensed images may not exceed 72 ppi or measure more than 7.5 inches (540 pixels) on the longest side. However the elements you use in your creations such as borders, text and other effect elements may be a large as you would like.
2. The correct AMI artist's © must be clearly displayed on all creations using their images. This must be clear and legible. You may use your own watermark, or reference to yourself as in (tagged by, sig by, tag by) type logo markings, however you may not claim a © "your name", nor may you place your website URL on any tags/sigs made. Website banners are an exception to this and may carry your URL. Artist URL is strongly encouraged on your tags and creations, but not required. You may exclude the artist URL only if you are using in an big girls panties group or other group/forum/place that may find the URL to be AC or leading to AC. If you can add the artist's URL, we ask that you please do.
3. You may use the initials system to identify your license on creations. Use the first two letters of your first name and the first two letters of your last name, and include AMI either before or after your initials. Example: For the name Jane Smith, her license initials would be "AMIJASM" or "JASMAMI". Unique License numbers are available upon request only. To request an unique license number please contact: customerservice@artisticmindsinc.com. Your initials or AMI license number must be clearly displayed on all creations using AMI artist images.
4. No mixing of artist's is allowed. If using an AMI artist image in a creation you cannot use another artist's work. You can however use credit free stock photography (You may add "Photo By___" or Photo Courtesy of___", but credit free meaning no © symbol), your own made elements and other non-royalty elements.
5. Absolutely no AMI images are to be used in any endeavors that would be considered by any employee or artist of AMI as profiting, bartering, breaking even, exchange of normally profitable services or the selling of in any way.
6. Nudity may be covered slightly by embellishment elements such as stars, sparkle, text, bars and shapes. Clothing may not be added or cloned without prior written approval from AMI. If you would like to submit a clothing cover up (including hats being added etc.) please send an example to customerservice@artisticmindsinc.com for consideration.
7. The integrity of all AMI artist images must remain intact at all times in creations made. Close up profiles (head shots, portrait poses, waist/chest up) of images are acceptable. No heads may be cropped off or switched at any time. You may not only use a face (erasing the body) from an image alone. You MAY remove the body for use of head shots or face close ups in frames and other bordered tag elements. Blends are allowed as long as there is at least one close up image on the creation.
8. Incredimail stationary, desk top themes (wall papers), calendars are allowed. However you must display the artist © and license number on the actual creation using the image(s) and a credit with the same information on the stationary, desk top theme or calendars themselves.
9. No animated body parts, or excessive animation is allowed to be used on AMI artist images. Blinking and light noise used in hair and clothing is acceptable. No waving, breathing, dancing, squirming, pulsating, jiggling, bobbing, nodding, puckering, twitching or other movement is allowed. EXCEPTION: Ismael Rac Tubes ONLY: Ismael Rac allows limited tasteful animation. This does not include sexual simulations and anything that takes the artistic integrity from the artwork. If in doubt, please email an example to customerservice@artisticmindsinc.com for approval.
10. Greyscaling of images, mirroring or transposing is allowed, as well as monotone color changes. However, any other color changes is unacceptable. You cannot pick and choose where to add or change the colors. Any changes must be a single hue/tone. Multiple, single tone colour changes are permitted as long as there is one, unaltered, main tube/image on the tag as well. HOVER YOUR MOUSE HERE for an example of acceptable multiple monotone changes. EXCEPTION: Ismael Rac tubes ONLY: Allows clothing and accessory color changes. Adding colored steaks or changing the streaks in hair is also allowed. You may also add text to t-shirts and hats in the tubes as long as it does not violate term #13 of the AMI TOU. Monotone or colorizing sections of a tube is acceptable. Any other coloring changes (including skin tone) to Ismael Rac Tubes will need approval from AMI staff at customerservice@artisticmindsinc.com before use.
11. Under no circumstance is the sharing of tubes, packages or any other product from AMI allowed. If you have a license and are in need of replacements, AMI will replace the items within 48 hours, 7 days a week, therefore there is never a reason to share a package, even with a license holder! Sharing of passwords and download links are strictly prohibited. NO GIFTS WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY ANYONE OTHER THAN AMI STAFF! You should never download ANY tube or AMI product that is not sent to you by AMI directly. If you buy a tube for someone else, you are NOT to download the product yourself for yourself or to give to that person. Let AMI know who it is to go to and we will send it ASAP. This is a direct violation of the artist's copyright. Anyone found to be in violation will have all licenses revoked and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
12. Blank tags, stationary headers, desk top themes, ect is strictly prohibited. All creations must have either a saying (for example a "snag tag") or a personalized name on them. If creating a stationary side border, text is not required. However you must display the artist © and license number on the actual graphic using the image(s) and a credit with the same information on the stationary footer.
13. AMI artist images may NOT be used in any creations on groups or sites that support or suggesting any support in any form of racial, religious, lifestyle or age discrimination/hate/prejudice. AMI artist images may also not be used in any groups/sites that promote or encourage the defamation, slander, harassment or libel against ANY person, organization, business, race or culture. AMI supports the Anti-Hate philosophy and respects all lifestyles and cultures.
14. No AMI licensed images may be used for printing or publishing offline. Licensed images are for online/digital use only.

PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS OF USE

1. You may use/add masks, brushes, natural element -like effects such as rain, water rippling, fog, lightening and sunshine.
2. Close up's of specific elements of the main image are allowed. You may also use other non-distortion or manipulation effects such as texturing (example: like on canvas), light scanlines and blinding. You are not permitted to use effects that would grossly distort the image (such as smearing, mosaics, pixelating, juggling, melting or the like.)
3. When using masks, framing and brushes, the integrity of the image must remain. In other words if you use any of the above effects on a photography image, the image must be recognizable.
4. You may not add any effects that are or could be reasonably perceived as obscene, defamatory or lewd.
5. Minor colour changes are permitted such as black and white lips turned red, a pink blossom turned red and ect.
6. You may use AMI photography with other AMI artist images. You must give proper © information for both example: ©Artwork Sally Who & ©Photography John Doe

ELEMENT AND BRUSH TERMS OF USE

1. You may use these with other artist work in your creations.
2. If you are using in tags, web sets, with other license company artwork and/or other graphics you must credit the creator/artist of the Scrap kits as so: AMI Elements by "Creator Name". If you are using AMI elements with AMI licensed artwork, free to use art or without any artwork at all then your license number will be required.
3. Tag/webset/stationary use must be for non-profit.
4. No AMI licensed images may be used for printing or publishing offline. Licensed images are for online/digital use only.

SCRAP KIT TERMS OF USE

1. You may use these with other artist work in your creations.
2. Under no circumstance is the sharing of tubes, packages or any other product from AMI allowed. If you have a license and are in need of replacements, AMI will replace the items within 48 hours, 7 days a week, therefore there is never a reason to share a package, even with a license holder! Sharing of passwords and download links are strictly prohibited. This is a direct violation of the artist's copyright. Anyone found to be in violation will have all licenses revoked and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. If you are using in tags, web sets, with other license company artwork and/or other graphics you must credit the creator/artist of the Scrap kits as so: Scraps by "Creator Name". If you are using AMI Scraps with AMI licensed artwork, free to use art or without any artwork at all then your license number will be required. If a scrap creator does not require credits that will be added to their kits as extra TOU.
4. Any use must be for non-profit.
5. AMI licensed scraps may be used for personal printing offline. Not to be used for publications, mass distribution or commercial projects.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE TERMS OF USE (Scraps and Elements)

You May:
1. Use the elements to create scrapbook kits for sale or freebies.
2. Modify/alter these elements to fit your particular need or use as you see fit.
3. Add to other elements, papers and the like to make Quick Pages, Templates and other decorative elements for sale as Personal Use Items.
4. Use these elements with other artists work in your creations.
5. Use for offline printing projects such as scrap book pages, cards, brochures, fliers, business cards, invitations, candy wrappers, birth/wedding/anniversary announcements and other low income projects.

You May Not:
- use AMI CU items to create Stock images
- use AMI CU items to make Digital Embroidery designs to sell
- use AMI CU items to make rubber stamps
- use AMI CU items to make cross stitch patterns
- claim these items as your own
- sell these items on a CD
- offer these items in their original state as freebies
- use these items to make brushes or masks/overlays to resell as CU
- use AMI CU items to make other commercial use products
- grey-scale or change the colour of an AMI CU product to be resold or offered as templates or tubes
- use AMI CU products in any way that could be considered harmful, defamatory, racist or hateful.
- use AMI CU products alone; they must account for no more then 40% of your design. They must not be the main focus of your creations. Do not offer any AMI elements in their original or whole state. This includes tubes, flattened/images, Gif's or the like
- use AMI CU items for high income projects
- share AMI CU products, or upload, in whole or in part, to share sites (ie: rapidshare, 4shared etc.), nor share them through any forum, blog or email based group such as Yahoo or Google.

Where possible, please include a text file, eg: in scrap kit designs for free and sale, which includes a line of credit for AMI CU items to their original designer, and a link to AMI.
