Artist Mary Bell

When I have questions about artist - which part of the forum should I post in - particularly if it is a inquiry if the artist is listed somewhere in one of your lists and I was unable to find after looking through several lists... and/or if the artist can be shared / tubes and the related.

Here is an artist Marty Bell and am inquiring about it and a tube shared in my group and have feeling it is not suppose to be shared, but could not find TOU on the site.

I found an obituary for Marty Bell :(

Unfortunately she passed away from Colon Cancer...
